+ -1 moreHave used them over the years and given up. The management is very poor and they are not reliable. Requires calling and calling for service and too many follow-ups. Don't seem to care. Its all about them and not the customer.

+ -1 moreThey told me how to restart it and how to work it. I have used my grill all winter and have not had any problems at all since I spoke with them. I thought it was very nice that they were willing to help me over the phone. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything.

gas leak repair, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreIt cost about $700. He was at our house for 4 hours and he ended up only managing to fix a few minor items. He was either unable to fix the rest of the things he worked on, or the "repairs" broke the next day. Not sure what I paid for, but I would not use them again. Also, I shouldn't be charged for him driving back to the store to get additional parts, considering I provided all of the information regarding the items he would be working on before he arrived.
Description of Work: Installed a gas stove and shut-off valve and worked on some leaky faucets and pipes.

+ -1 moreMANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. OVERPRICES NOT RELIABLE AND RUDE. SERVICE MAN JOHN IS GREAT. TOOK THREE DAYS TO COME AFTER FIRST CALL AND WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD BE THERE ON FIRST DAY. DID NOT COME EVEN AFTER SAYING THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY THROUGH OUT DAY. I WOULD NOT CALL BACK DUE TO MANAGEMENT AND PRICE.
Description of Work: REPLACED ELBOW ON COPPER PIPE, SMALL SLOW LEAK, HAD TO DRAIN HEATING PIPE, HAD TO CALL BACK TO TIGHTEN LOOSE BLEEDER VALVE.
