Have used them over the years and given up. The management is very poor and they are not reliable. Requires calling and calling for service and too many follow-ups. Don't seem to care. Its all about them and not the customer.

They told me how to restart it and how to work it. I have used my grill all winter and have not had any problems at all since I spoke with them. I thought it was very nice that they were willing to help me over the phone. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything.

It cost about $700. He was at our house for 4 hours and he ended up only managing to fix a few minor items. He was either unable to fix the rest of the things he worked on, or the "repairs" broke the next day. Not sure what I paid for, but I would not use them again. Also, I shouldn't be charged for him driving back to the store to get additional parts, considering I provided all of the information regarding the items he would be working on before he arrived.

They were really great to work with. They came in and got right to work. They did a nice job on our pipes as we haven't had anymore problems with them since. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. OVERPRICES NOT RELIABLE AND RUDE. SERVICE MAN JOHN IS GREAT. TOOK THREE DAYS TO COME AFTER FIRST CALL AND WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD BE THERE ON FIRST DAY. DID NOT COME EVEN AFTER SAYING THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY THROUGH OUT DAY. I WOULD NOT CALL BACK DUE TO MANAGEMENT AND PRICE.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY CLEAN UP ANY MESS THAT IS MADE AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVE FROM SHIELDS.

WHEN I CALLED THEM IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME RIGHT OUT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE LOW PRICE. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NEAT IN APPEARANCE.

MY OPINION OF THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY ARE EXCELLENT WORKERS. THEY COME OUT WHEN YOU CALL THEM WITH NO PROBLEM. I LIKE THE WAY THEY BREAK DOWN THE BILLING INTO HOW MUCH THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR THE PART AND FOR THE LABOR.

SHIELDS PLUMBING DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE WORKERS MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP ANY AND ALL MESS AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT NOW.
