Family-owned and operated since 1947, Roll-O-Matic has also been located at the same storefront as well. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, stong technical expertise and reliability. As an independent dealer, we have the ability to work with different products and manufacturers to offer each customer choices that will best fit their needs and provide the most value. All repairs and new installations are done personally by the owner John Catapano, never contracted out.

I was in trouble my double wide garage door was pinging and popping! I locked it and made the call Prompt arrival and great service. They were very knowledgeable had the parts in the truck and they checked, lubricated and checked everything several times. I personally appreciate that type of service.

After the great work John had done on his last visit six years ago (installing new motors and springs), we knew we would call Roll O Matic to replace our garage doors. Gena was so helpful answering my questions and delivering samples for us to look at. The doors were ordered and arrived on time. John installed the doors, rails, springs-everything but the motor- in just a couple of hours. We are very happy with our new garage doors and our choice to give our business to Roll-O-Matic. They are both friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Perfect. John arrived to check out the work and immediately came up with a plan for what was not a routine install. Although there to assess the job and give an estimate he had the necessary equipment to install and did so right away. The work was done professionally and neatly. We couldn't be happier. He also reattached the door seal which was sitting on the side of the garage for some reason. I highly recommend Roll-O-Matic. Thanks!

The service person arrived on time and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He clearly went over what needed to be done and performed all the work right away. These folks definitely know garage doors and I was impressed by the quality of their work.

I cannot say enough good things about Roll-O-Matic. Gena took my late in the day call and quickly relayed the issues with my garage door opener to John. John quickly called me back, troubleshooted the issue by ohone, and was at my house 45 minutes later (and was there from 7-8:30 pm) to replace my garage door opener. Gena and John were nice, courteous, highly knowledgeable, and responsive...you cant ask for more than that!

i spoke to Gena on the phone. She was very friendly and was able to schedule John for the very same day. John came earlier than scheduled and was able to finish in less than an hour. He installed the garage door opener that i had supplied, put up two keypads, and ran the wires in a neat manner. He then showed me how everything works. Both were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Excellent !!! I contacted Roll O Matic because of the excellent reviews they received on Angies List. I called several times to ask questions about garage doors, and each time Gena was very courteous, helpful and knowledgable. I was scheduled for installation on July 28th and John, the owner was prompt and immediately started the job.I am vey happy with the doors and the excellent work that was done. I would highly recommend this company!!!

My garage door was making noise and dropping the last few feet. I also noticed excessive load on the motor, as well as the springs having no tension. I called Roll-O-Matic Garage Doors because of their good reviews as well as their distance to my house. Scheduling was quick and painless. Joe showed up on time and after fully inspecting the garage door and garage door opener, he immediately noticed and pointed out all the issues and causes of the problem. Everything he said was correct and matched what I had anticipated. He replaced a few rollers that were bad, as well as springs that according to him were the wrong ones for the door. He also corrected the shoddy installation of the garage door opener which was done by someone else. Joe was very professional, honest, and hard working and finished the job on-time. I also found his invoice very reasonable. Overall I am very happy I called Roll-O-Matic Garage Doors and highly recommend them.
