It has been very cold and awful in New York and I am been waiting to open my pool in May but they have been very nice. I am very happy with them. As a matter of fact I had met the original Elliman years ago with some people I knew who were in real estate before he died. So I knew it was good company so I did call them and I will be using them and I am very happy with them. They get a percentage of the sale price.
