Despite bad reviews on Yelp we hired Port Plumbing for a new construction project. It was a mistake that we are now paying for. We have had multiple problems and they are too busy with new bigger projects to come take care of their responsibility to fix their work. Hopefully they will eventually fulfill their obligation and make it right. You should avoid this vendor. There are plenty of other plumbers and HVAC companies in and serving Port Washington and Sands Point !

The water district messed up our faucet and Port came. They could not fix it, they told us to get a new one which we did. When they came to install that one, pieces were issuing from the box (thanks lowes).despite the setback, they tried to find a piece for us to fit it. They could not, but happily returned a few days later when we had a new unit with all the pieces. Could not have been nicer. And only charged us for more service, despite the fact they were there three times on the same issue. Will use them again!

A pipe near water main was leaking (not emergency). Called on Tuesday and made an appt. for Thursday between 9-11. Service man came at 9:15. Repaired leak by replacing washer and sealant. Was finished in 20 minutes. Pleasant experience. Will definitely call for future service.

The work was good but the woman I talked to was very abrupt and nasty and said that they never promised they would come. They are not reliable.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICES THAT PORT PLUMBING and HEATING PROVIDED. THEY ARE VERY NEAT AND ON TIME AND ARE VERY GOOD AT LISTENING TO YOUR NEEDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
