Mitch Schwartz is a computer whiz. He comes as soon as he possibly can and fixes whatever is wrong very quickly. One thing that I like about him is that if he gets stumped, he stops the clock and doesn't charge for the time it takes him to figure something out. He's very fair and knowledgeable.
