It went great. They came on time and were very neat. They were priced right and very friendly. I would definitely use them again!

this is a long tale, so i will try and get to the point. i used Jaco instead of my normal plumber because he was cheaper and very friendly, being a seasoned home owner i should know better than to let this sway me.
in short:
-they never complete work
-they do poor installations
-they caused 3 floods 1 that ruined a brand new bathroom cieling
-they repaired a leak in my boiler with red electrical tape which later broke and flooded basemnet (i was away on business wife and kids home)
-same leak shorted low water cutoff, they bypassed it instead of repairing it (unsafe)
- asked me to front them money for payroll before anywork was done (i idid) than i had to chase them to get work done.
