I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They helped me set up and power up a portable generator, even though I did not purchase it from them. But what I really commend them for is that they responded promptly to a service call in the middle of a power outage when my generator wouldn't start. They came quickly -- exactly when they said they would -- and got the unit running quickly. Under very difficult circumstances, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful on the phone, and the technician who came was very knowledgeable and helped get the equipment running in a jiffy. If you have any issues relating to generators, they are the first people you should call. I have used them for other electrical repairs as well, and have found them prompt, courteous and very reliable.

They were a cancellation a half an hour before they were to start work.
