The representative came to our house to see what we needed and to show us samples and options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We agreed then to use his services. He said it would take about three weeks to get the shade, and he called 3 weeks later to schedule the installation. That was very quick and professional, and the shade fits and works perfectly. The rep. was very thorough in explaining applicable guarantees and service policy, and in making sure we knew how to work the shade properly. We thought the price was very fair. This was a very good experience.
