BAY AGGREGATES CORP

I bought 9 yards of screened topsoil for $43/yard delivered. That is the price for delivery to Central Midwood. They are in LI. I asked for a 6 wheel truck (that would be 2 rear wheels on each side), because my driveway is narrow and about 80" long. I wanted all that dirt dumped all the way back. I was afraid I would have to carry it by wheelbarrow all the way down the driveway.So a 10 wheel truck shows up which is huge. They are a lot higher than a 6 wheel truck. Fruit trees line my driveway. Well the driver was awesome. He patiently backed up a couple feet at a time, often climbing on top of the truck to move branches around. He dumped the dirt exactly where I wanted it. I have to give them 5 stars for the driver in spite of them sending the wrong truck. 

I had been quoted roughly double from a lansdscaper. The whole project worked at great. It took about 4 hours with lots of child labor to fill a koi pond.

They delivered when they said they would. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with them. I do the spreading. They are so easy to deal with. They are very punctual. I've gone there in the afternoon to get delivery the next day and they have been able to deliver the same day. They are very responsive and professional. They are no-nonsense people and there is no hard sale. Their price and quality is excellent.
