Our 1st meeting Auggie didn't say a word, which worried me lol. But he was listening to me and all my needs for my office, he spoke with my sales team and got their input and by the end of an hour or so (which I didn't pay for I like free consultations lol) he explained to me that he would be back with the ideas of our website.
In a few days he was in my office again, this time he did most of the talking lol. he explained in details our website development and my options, he explained why I needed certain things and why I didn't need certain things.
Then Once I agreed to the terms, (which was VERY fair and he was flexible with the payments) we set up a conference call with his design team and they reviewed more with me.
I enjoyed it because they took their time and held my hand through a hard to understand process, but made me feel like I was a part of it and by the end I did understand what was going on lol
Website was set up 2 days before due date and their follow up has been amazing, I will be doing more business with Auggie and the Ask8 team.
Overall for the price I paid (which was about 50% less then 3 other quotes I got) Auggie gave me above average services, which is why we contracted him for Sales Coaching. I will review on how this is going shortly.
