Excellent. Contractor gave a formal estimate with options. We required some involvement from the city to complete the job and we had to reschedule due to city circumstances. Great communication regarding the rescheduling, and prompt follow up. Employees were very kind professional and NEAT- cleaned up after the work and reviewed all that was done with me. The work done stabilized both the line and meter, bolstering all to ensure there will be no possible future failures. Additionally this work entailed drilling down through the concrete floor, so for all the effort and coordination required, the price seemed very fair.

Job required 3 visits to my home and each was preceded by a call telling me when they would arrive. The counter looks great. The cost was high but I chose an expensive material. My house was left clean. The owners of Smith Plumbing go out of their way to keep you informed at every step and also assisted me in choosing a color and material. I would use them again.

Very curteous, very accomodating. Knowledgable. The crew was very neat, they cleaned up, and definitely knew their stuff. It went smoothly start to finish, and I would recommend them.
