Shawn is a professional Individual who took the time to fully explain what the roofing job would entail. From start to finish he stood by his original quote which was a very fair price. He took the time to help me select the best option for the new roof . His crew were professional, courteous and hardworking. Shawn is held in high esteem among his workers. I highly recommend K&F Contracting for any project. They quickly replaced my roof, which is a pretty large sized roof, at an unbeatable price! Shawn kept in contact with me throughout the entire project; resolving any unexpected problems without an issue. The K&F crew were polite, friendly, and respectfully cleaned the area up after each work day. The end result was fantastic and I m glad I went through K&F Contracting for this job! "We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your project. In our defense though, the lumber was from a well known lumberyard. The job was done last summer and Is now 6-7 months later. The fact that it wasn't treated within a few months will allow the boards to split, crack and twist. We would have loved to help alleviate the situation had you called. (Although without treating the boards there wasn't much we really could've done. ) We also realize we worked very quickly as we are very busy in the summer. Normally Customers appreciate a job done quickly. We apologize for any misgivings of the situation but did not intend to do so."

Very pleased with the way the decks (2) turned out. Shawn is very accommodating, professional, and just a nice guy. His crew all worked well together and seemed to be having fun at the same time. I need another project done at my house and yes I would use K&F again!

These guys are the best, the very best! They did an absolutely beautiful job, unbelievably fast, and courteous and professional from beginning to end. Shawn went over everything thoroughly, explained every step of the way what to expect and was always available to answer any questions I had. Shawn was easy and accommodating to talk with. He was very helpful in determining what we needed and what we didn't he came over a couple of times to go over the roof. Shawn and his men worked tirelessly all day and finished the roof fast and efficiently. They were very careful not to break anything and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely hire Shawn again. We highly recommend him and his crew.

Prompt, quick and efficient. They were great in initiating contact and answer all preliminary questions prior to starting the project. They demonstrated confidence in their abilities and carried out the plan with no traces of debris left on the property. If you wish to perform housing renovations in the Middletown area, give them a call. Shawn ran into problems, but nothing rattled him. He had the proper tools, knowledge, assistants, and business acumen. If a tool was necessary, he had it, if a part was necessary, he had it, if help was necessary, he had it. what ever problem came up, he overcame it.. Fair prices,and excellent assistants.Neatness and knowledge were there. I could not recommend he and his crew more highly.
