Mr. Heck responded to my request for service within 2 hours and was on the job within 24 hours. We negotiated a price and he requested “Cash” as payment. At the end of that day I went to meet him with the cash. The work appeared to be done well. I am no expert.After he had pulled out of the driveway, I noticed he had left all of the old gutters and down spout lying on the ground. When I got home, I called his business number and told him he forgot to take away the old materials which were part of the job, (on his answering machine).I waited a week and called again,(answering machine) asking him to pick up the refuse and to call me. A month has now gone by and the refuse remains.
