As a full service heating oil, propane, heating and central air conditioning company, we’ve been providing comfort to customers in the Hudson Valley region for over half a century. They serviced that tank, but then instead that we had to fill the tank even though we did not want or need a full tank. Most tanks are about 250 to 275 gallons. But, ours happen to be 550 gallons. We are not using the house much in the winter so a full tank is not necessary until the warmer months. We tried to just get 250 gallons, but they said we had to fill the tank. Which is completely unnecessary. The sales rep said that he spoke to "Mr. Bottini" himself to try to remedy the situation. "Mr. Bottini" said we had to fill the tank. In the end we were forced to buy more fuel than we needed and spend more than we had to budget. They lost a customer today.

"We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. As we were unable to confirm a customer account associated with this name or address, we are unable to speak to your particular situation. Our minimum delivery for customers is 150 gallons. The only exception to that minimum is if you signed up for a service contract with us, that does require you to be on Automatic Delivery, which would mean filling the tank completely at the time of each delivery. This would have been explained when you signed up for the contract. In addition, you would have received a printed copy of the terms and conditions of the agreement at the time of signing. We also offer convenient budget plans at no additional cost to our customers. This would take your estimated fuel usage for the year and divide it up in to predictable monthly payments to avoid unexpected winter expenses.
