I highly recommend Quality Fireplace & Chimney. After interviewing several competitors, Robert was the most professional, honest and knowledgable. He was hands on through the process. His team were very neat and carefully worked around my new custom built shelves. The brick work came out amazing. Overall a great experience! Very pleased with the outcome!

Robert was very responsive, pleasant and easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. He showed up on time for our free estimate and took the time to explain everything to us. He quickly followed up with a very detailed proposal of what work needs to be done and all the options we had. Robert and his team installed a stainless steel lining system to replace the damaged clay inside the chimney. They replaced all the piping from the boiler. Grinded out all the mortar joints and put new mortar in. Installed a new crown and waterproofed the chimney. They cleaned up everything and did not leave any garbage or debris behind. I highly recommend Quality Fireplace and Chimney LLC for any fireplace or chimney work that needs to be done.

We are extremely satisfied with Quality Fireplace and Chimney LLC. Rob the owner took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. They took great care and were very professional. We love our new fireplace. We will highly recommend Rob to all our friends!! The price was great too. Finally feel like we found an honest company. We weren't sure which brick to go with and Rob helped us along the way with great advice. Looking forward to cold snowy nights by the fire.
