Description of Work: We ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a relative in the hospital. The customer service was excellent. We were told by the recipient that the arrangement was beautiful.

 + -1 moreFrom the very start, the service I received was outstanding. We had some specific requirements for the arrangement, but also a budget we needed to adhere to. The owner worked with me and took all the details and came up with some beautiful suggestions. The arrangement was delivered well ahead of the service and what I saw was magnificent! The flowers were vibrantly fresh, the arrangement had color, but so appropriately fitting for the service. The special requirements we had were all met to perfection. I really feel this arrangement and the service we received was worth well beyond what we paid. I will never use another florist again!

 + -1 moreThey are wonderful!! The staff on the phone is always friendly and professional especially Kay. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful and last forever!! We had a problem once with a bouquet and they replaced it immediatly no questions asked. This is a great company.
Description of Work: The date above is just around when we ordered plants for the holidays. But, I use Port Jefferson Florist for the company I work for all year long. We send Dish Gardens and Bouquets to our clients to thank them for using our services. We also order all our staff birthday bouquets from them.

 + -1 moreI ordered a bouquet of flowers for a relatives birthday. I did everything over the phone, it was very easy. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me choose the arrangement. I saw the flowers at my aunt's house and they were fresh, beautiful, and smelled great!
