My neighbors bought a new mattress, and K&B was hired for the delivery services. While the movers were transporting the old and new mattresses up and down the shared stairwell, they knocked my security camera and the wall anchors were pulled out. I got in contact with the company and Kevin made things right and was very professional. Despite the original mistake, I would recommend K&B for their honest work and great communication. Not enough companies these days value real customer service, but Kevin and his company still do things right. Thanks!

smoothly with no problems

I called K&B and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to repair the door.  He came right on time for the appointment and gave me a very fair estimate.  There were some complications in getting the door back on but Kevin took his time and wouldn't leave until he got it perfect and both doors closed tightly.  One of the issues was a slight warping to the door that wasn't really visible to the eye but affected how the door closed. The other issue was a missing latch that at one time must have been on the inside of the armoir which would catch and secure the (left) door and hold it shut.  Kevin made sure that both doors were securely on their hinges, tightening the right door (my service call was only for the left) and he also took the time to fashion a sturdy metal loop that I could latch over the hook inside so that the (left) door stayed shut tight while I had the right side opened.  When it was all finished, his bill was exactly the same as he had quoted before all the other issues.  There were no additional charges for all the extra services and time he put in.
There was another company I had called who wanted $95 just to walk in my door plus $95 an hour for whatever needed to be repaired.  The work performed by K&B was perfect, his work ethic was exceptional and I will definitely be using him again.

K & B provided quality service....they were prompt, knowledgeable, extremely tidy and friendly. They are storing our couch for approximately one month when they will deliver and assemble in its new location. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin from K&B Quality Services did a great job.  He provided an appointment date that was very quick.  showed up when he said he would.  We wanted to move our old sofa to the basement.  However the sofa was too big to fit through the tight stairway.  He disassembled our sofa took it down to the basement and reassembled it as it was originally.  The entire service took about an 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.  He was courteous, professional and offered a ton of free furniture advice while he was working.  He has 30 yrs of experience and really knows what he is doing.  Jennifer Convertibles and other furniture manufacturers exclusively use his services for such jobs. He is based out of Long Island NY, but services, New York and New Jersey.
