I had shopped around for carpeting and only found what I liked at the price I wanted at Carpetland. I was pleased with the experience at the showroom, except for one thing. The first gentleman that helped me quoted me a price and then asked where I lived. Almost as an afterthought he told me that there would be an additional fuel surcharge for my area. I asked why because the house is literally 1/2 mile away. I thought this sort of information should be revealed immediately and not charged at all for a customer so close to the store. The installers came on time, and did their job expediently and neatly. I do not feel however, that they needed to stuff my garbage pail with remnants and plastic sheeting. I feel they should have taken all refuge with them or at least let me know that they had gone into my garage and done this.

MY DOG AND I LIKE THE WAY THE CARPET FEELS. THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND QUICK TO GET THE CARPET INSTALLED. CARPETLAND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO.
