Company doesn't answer emails, texts, phone calls. Ignored a Better Business Bureau complaint, lawyer letter and now the county is involved. Next step is court.

Campo brothers
Everything you don't want from a builder
Campo brothers are selling some new build homes in wading river and I just wanted to warn others about the company.
They are the worst, very difficult to deal with and border on abusive, they nickel and dime you for everything.
You want an upgraded washing machine actually hooked up?
that will cost extra
you want a light moved?
that will cost extra
you want a driveway ?
that will cost extra, everything is a total battle
Very unclear directions or instructions and impossible to get hold of, if you have a question they prefer nothing written down, unless it's 100% in their favor, and constantly try and raise the price on you?
We actually had him raise the price of the lot we had reserved the day before contract by $40k?!?
The realtors century 21 are really just as bad, but they do switch between loud and abusive to just incompetent.
They try and pass the buck onto the builder and the builder passes it back to them.
The whole experience feels like buying a used car from a unscrupulous dealer.
