Carpet Cleaning
I called over the winter, left many messages, but nobody called back. They said they had numerous situations, and wasn't open during the winter. I thought since this company was very aggressive in pursuing me that I'd decide to go ahead and work with them. They called me back just as soon as I was going to go with another company. I explained my location, and they agreed that the location will work, and we agreed on a date. I confirmed that this is a definite date because I had to clean out the closet so they can work. On the scheduled date about an hour after the time, I called to check why they didn't come. She says this isn't the scheduled date. She was very rude over the phone, and even called me names then hung up on me. Now, I have everything pulled out, and nobody is coming to complete the job. They made an appointment and they were a no show. They would not take responsibility. This company is not recommend and is unreliable.

"Im not sure why this was written about our company but this customer called us for price's and said if we could beat the price's she has she will use our company so i wrote down everything that she wanted done and called her back with a price of $188.00 for 3 bedrooms a huge dinning room closets 2 stair cases 2 halls and a area rug. She was happy with the price and asked us to come Friday April 11, 2014 between the hours of 9-11 we were all set with that date and I told her i will call the day before to reconfirm it and make sure it was still good for her. Thursday the 10th at 9:00 am i called to confirm and she started screaming that we were suppose to come today carring on and on than hung up on me. 20 mins later she calls back and says come tomorrow Friday April 11th so we went their Friday April 11th did all that she wanted and somemore things she added she gave the driver a $50 tip and told him how happy she was. I have no idea where this review is coming from. We take pride in our work we are a small family owed company who takes pride in our reputation."

Carpet Cleaning
The carpet appears to be clean enough. My only complaints are that they did not put any protection between the wooden legged furniture and the wet carpet, which caused a few brown stains on the carpet. The carpet was also very wet when they left, so it is taking way too long to dry.
