Provides the best customer service.  We don't get lost in his client list.  When we have an alarm issue (if ever)  Cliff and his team are right there. With 4 young children and 2 dogs, we've had central station call, the next call would be Cliff checking on us.  Really shows that he cares.  He's adjusted our window switches post renovations, motion sensors after the painters moved them. Just a really great guy.  Would never use anyone else.  Not even locked in to a crazy contract.  Good old fashion business.

All went well, Cliff came over, asked a bunch of questions and made recommendations.  He was very accommodating with the installation date.  He and his crew were neat, clean & polite.  The other day I had an error message on my panel, so I called cliff.  He was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and walked me trough paces to fix the problem.  Most others companies would have sent a tech and charged me!

They were great, Cliff came in and gave us an estimate which is exactly what it costed.  There was no surprise add on fees or additional costs.  They where very professional during the install and left the place as clean (or cleaner) than when they started.  We have been using them for the monitoring for about 2 years now and that is great as well.  No issues and if you have a question because you forget how to program the control panel you just give them a call and they help you out.
