After numerous emails and phone calls, we met with the owner, agreed on the scope of work, selected tiles and paid a deposit. While we did have initial contact from the stone mason to help us move forward with selection of stone for the patio, all communication ceased shortly thereafter despite numerous phone calls and emails to schedule the work. We notified them by registered mail to cancel and requested return of our deposit. After nearly a year, our deposit has yet to be returned.

The sub contractors all did a reasonable job. The problem I had was dealing with Anthony, the owner of the company. I signed a contract with him to do the entire job from A to Z, for a fee of $50,000. My mistake was that I signed an open ended contract with him. He literally made up things to charge me extra money. IE: in my original contract he was to install Loop Lock Cover for $3005.00, he said if I signed the contract today that he guarantees the price. Yet he billed me $3700 dollars for no reason other than he could as provide by the open ended contract. He always had a reason, although fabricated, why he was charging more money than the contract. He scammed me on just about every item in the contract that he could. I absolutely recommend you avoid this company .

The pool work itself was satisfactory.  the problems started when Premier sent in their subcontractor (Just Stone) to do the paver work. Before contract they assured us after two measurements that the job including the stairs from the house to the patio would be covered at 1500 SF for which they charged us $20,000.  After everything was ripped out they said they had miscalculated and the stairs would cost an additional $5000 because of the forms they would have to pour.  We settled for an additional $3500.  The owner Ed was not on the job again after that settlement until about 1/2 an hour before the project end on the last day.  No forms were ever built or poured for the steps.  He told me that the sand to fill in between the stones was an additional $250.00 - he charged $1500 for "screened" fill to grade around the pool (the fill is loaded with bricks, glass etc) He did not replace my fence which i had been told upfront he would do. I had to have 9 sprinkler heads replaced due to damage.    You can look at the patio and see the waves - the stairs are graded towards the house, and are not even (there is a 3inch difference from one side to the other).  When we called Premier they sent Ed back who told us that he would fix the top step and nothing else.   We have had one independent contractor come in and measure and give us an estimate.  He measured (with a proper measuring wheel) and the area plus stairs was 1400 SF.  He is busy through the fall and we had planned to wait for him.  However, with the heavy rain on Friday night, a downstairs bedroom that is directly below the stairs was flooded.  ServPro came in and removed the sheet rock and expensive foam insulation, and carpeting that was installed less than a year ago,  and traced the water to the holes that Just Stone left between the stairs and the foundation.   During the course of the construction my  chimney  was hit with  equipment, and the crew tried to repair it without reporting it.  since the chimney had just had all the mortar replaced and sealed, the repair damage was very easy to see.  So now i am faced with chimney repairs (which i have paid) Water damage repairs (which i have paid) the need to hire a contractor to insulate, hang sheet rock, paint and replace carpeting.  Since i cannot wait now until the Fall to have this work redone i have a structural engineer coming to look at the stairs, and will seek to resolve this.  I am very disappointed in Premier who would use such poor subcontractor to do their work.

THE COMPANY IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOLD ME WHAT WOULD HAPPEN DURING EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS. I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TO REPLACE THE SUCTION LINES WHEN TERMITES CHEWED THROUGH THE SOFT PVC PIPES.
