Michael's Auto Collision

My car was damaged by a neighbor who uses State Farm insurance. I find it is easier to use a body shop that is an authorized body shop for that carrier. I was not disappointed with Michael’s. They switched my rental car from a small sedan with Enterprise to a large SUV from Hertz. That was just the start, Hertz brought the car to Michael’s in the morning that I dropped off my car. They fixed my car in three days and it looks as good as new. I dropped of the rental car at Michael’s and took my car home, it was easy and pain free.

Went back to them after they did an excellent job on my wifes car in October 2013. Our van was repaired after being damaged in an airport parking facility. Repair was excellent again.

everything went smoothly, results were excellent in terms of function and experience, very easy to deal with, communications via Email extremely convenient, efficiently handled all interface with insurance company. This is the second time we have used Michael's for repair work. First time was equally excellent

The insurance company took care of it and I just had a $500 deductible. It was good. They gave me good service and the car came out well. He showed me pictures on the internet so that I saw how it was going along. The quality of the work was good and their pricing formula is based on the standard book of collision repair prices.

This was a service provider contracted by the insurance company of the driver who hit our car. We initially went with them because it would be easier. We were very pleased with the work they did. They had it done ahead of schedule, cleaned the car thoroughly. The staff was helpful and polite. They made it relatively easy to get the repair done.

After my car was rear ended, I brought my car in for an estimate. Their estimate was $100 dollars higher than a second estimate I had obtained but Michael's Auto Collision seemed to be more professional and well run so I decided go with them. When the insurance company approved a slightly lower labor rate Michael's took that as full payment so the difference in the estimates didn't really matter. They ordered the parts needed and I dropped my car off a few days later. They had a rental car waiting for me. I was there and gone in less than 15 minutes. They told me it would take 3 days to effect the repairs which is exactly how long it took. Returning the rental and picking my car up also went very smoothly. Looking at my car, you can not tell it was ever in an accident. I was very happy with their work. Each visit to their shop was quick and efficient. Adding up all the time I spent repairing my car, including getting the estimate, totals to less than one hour. In all honesty, I can not imagine the experience going any better.

They were okay. I don’t remember them doing anything wrong. I never went back to them because I found a closer place that I preferred.

They told me my car would take about ten days before it would be completed. They called me to come in during the process so I could see what they were doing. In the end, my truck didn't even look like it had been painted. It looked brand new. Their employees were very polite and professional. I felt that they were very knowledgeable. I was impressed by their abilities and I was definitely satisfied with their work.

Michael's Auto Collision is very good. If I am not happy with the service Mike fixes it. I will continue to use Mike in the future for my auto care needs.

We had a good experience and feel that they were professional and did and great job on repairs. We called and were given specific directions on how proceed, given that a 3rd party was involved (insurance company). We brought the car in so that they could photograph the damage and order parts. This took only 30 minutes. Within a week, we were given a specific time to drop off the car. The car would be ready in 3 or 4 days. But, one part for the car took longer than expected. They called and informed us of the delay before we started to wonder about our car. The car was finished quickly and looked like it was new. It was also much cleaner (inside and out) than it was when we dropped it off. We were very happy with their service and we also feel that their prices were very reasonable.

What a great place! Lenny, who sits at the front desk, is a genuinely kind and friendly person. He gave me an estimate over the phone, ordered the part, and 2 days later (there was a weekend in there)I brought my car in and they replaced it while I waited. It took a short time...exactly the amount they said. Lenny even took some scratches off the car body for me at no charge. I felt they were all very professional and honest. When you damage your car, it's a terrible feeling. They took a lot of the pain out of it. I highly recommend them.
