I FEEL THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE, BUT NOT RELIABLE. I WAS NOT TO SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THAT WAS PROVIDED. THEY HAD TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE WINDOWS.

LONG ISLAND CUSTOM BUILDERS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED IN THEIR WORK. THEY OVER CHARGED ME SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS, AS WELL AS LIED ABOUT THE COMPLETION TIME OF THE JOB.

I CALLED AND COMPLAINED ON THIS COMPANY, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING EVER DONE ABOUT ANY OF IT. THEY THREATENED TO THROW US OUT OF OUR OWN HOME ON THE EVENING BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THE ENTIRE THING WAS AN OUTRAGE!
