Started off with poor communication.  He accepted my request for an estimate, provided one within one week.  Several weeks went by before they got back to me with a date they were coming.  They cited volume as their reason but assured me they would get to me.  Their work was good.  Communication overall was their downfall.  Completely unacceptable.  They billed me for multiple dates they never came and serviced me.  They were impossible to reach to discuss the issue.  Despite multiple times of being advised to cease coming they came and billed anyway.
Case in point - I advised via voicemail and via phone not to come until I work through grass-burnout issues I'm having.  They come after the voicemail and 2 days after speaking with them on the phone.  In the aforementioned call in speaking with them I advise I am considering moving to bi-weekly to let the grass grow out longer, but not to come until we figure out the grass situation... Despite that, they come 2 more times within the next 6 days.
I would not use them for their incapability to properly invoice, communicate or follow customer direction.

We probably won't use them next year. Their service is reliable and the quality was acceptable. My concern was that they sent me a bill for four months of activity, they didn't bill me monthly, they billed me for four months of activity that I received in the fall.  We really didn't have a lot of interaction with them. They were a little hard on the planting beds when they trimmed. They were timely and did the basic job of mowing the lawn.

I use them all the time. I will use them again this year. They are wonderful and they do a good job. The guys who come here do an excellent job and if there is something I do not care for or if something I need them to do extra or whatever they are right there. He has very nice people working for him. They do not always come when they are supposed to because of weather. They will be coming out probably in the spring to do a clean up of my yard. They do a great job and I cannot say enough about them.

The cleanup in the spring was excellent.  My property never looked so good.   The weekly maintain was great also.

VERY NICE PROFESSIONAL AND THE PEOPLE ARE RIGHT THERE WHEN YOU CALL THEM. VERY RESPECTFUL YOUNG GENTLEMEN SOMETIMES I EVEN CALL THEM OVER TO HAVE LUNCH WITH ME. HE IS A VERY SWEET, KIND, CARING AND YOUNG GENTLEMEN.
