HILDRETH GLASS

We purchased a custom frameless shower enclosure in February. They finally installed the enclosure in May after twice being unable to install due to incorrectly measuring and cutting glass. We notified them within hours that glass was not meeting at the corners and entire glass panel is bowed 1/4 inch. After Bobby and Jodie informed me they would correct the problem they stopped returning phone calls. Chris, who is the owner, is extremely rude and is refusing to repair or return money for defective product.

I was minding my own business on the Meadowbrook Parkway, when a rock came out of no where and hit my windshield. Uh, oh...there go`s my insurance rates. The very next day "however" I took it over to Hildreth Glass. The repairman said that if I had waited any longer they would have had to replace the entire windshield, but he thought that he could fix it. Well, 20 minutes later, all that remained was a tiny mark at the top of my windshield. I was ecstatic!! Their work is guaranteed, and if the crack progresses for any reason, they will credit the cost of repair to the windshield replacement cost.
