He brings his own equipment, is respectful of plantings, does a very thorough job, fixes downspouts & other things out of place, neatly disposes of debris in trash can. Overall I have been extremely pleased with his services over the years. Estimates? well, he has a set fee for a gutter cleaning. He found some odd looking shingles around my skylights and chimney, said for $50 he'd examine/repair. Skylights were fine, but I was happy to give him the money.
