GMA MECHANICAL CORP

This company is deceptive. They would send someone to your home and not inform of a service visit fee. No signed paperwork during the visit that a charge was going to be made either. They send a bill later on stating a cost for the visit. Talking to loud mouth Katrina CSR is a nightmare after the visit. She will not let you have a word in. They want to charge $200 for a 15 minute visit with zero work done other then shine a flashlight around. The sales guy spent more time writing down the home address then actual troubleshooting. Spoke to an escalation manager that we would try to work something out to get a full quote as I was prepared to give them a try to move forward but then they went back against that and insisted we settle the bill. I'm done dealing with this company. We'll deal with them in court if they dare to send us to collection or a lien on the home. I have dealt with shady companies like this and its not that hard to easily dispute a false bill. I have all the paperwork that we signed and nothing states a charge on it.

GMA Mechanical was very good. They showed up when they were supposed to. They were professional, friendly, and clean.

They came right away to fix it and they were good as well. They were informative and told us what parts were missing. I was pleased with the service and I would recommend them to other people as well.
