From the start of the job, Joe was up front about the costs, both anticipated and unanticipated (by us). Joe was patient and thorough in explaining from the beginning every aspect of the job. He made very useful suggestions on cost-effective upgrades (example: using 2 x 6 framing so we could increase our insulation R factors). There were no surprises, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Joe was on the job for each and every aspect. His subcontractors were all professional, courteous, and respectful. Joe had previously built a beautiful 2 car garage for us in 2001 that we are constantly complemented on. A builder of his level of integrity, skill, and conscientiousness is extremely rare these days. I had gotten estimates from a couple of other builders. Joe's price was very reasonable, and the value was unmatched. We were able to redo our boiler, add a hot water storage unit, redo our sprinkler system, install central vac, and get major landscaping done. Bottom line: this guy has integrity, pride in craftmanship, and a will give you a fair deal on extraordinary work.
