He and his associates arrived as needed, diagnosed the problem(s), and efficiently fixed everything to get the toilet and drainage system working to spec. They kept at it until everything was working, including follow on visits to fine tune the job, all for one price.

Overall, a very good find.

He was very nice. Everything about them I like.

They dug a trench 8 feet down, cleaned, dried, patched entire length and applied an expandable Mira-Dri membrane before refilling the trench back again.  They also regraded the back and seeded.  They also took some soil from the front driveway where water was pooling and regraded and seeded at no extra charge.  The owner honored the Angie's List discount.   The very next day we had a record breaking rainfall and my basement is dry.  I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Andrew (the AO of AO Services)  came highly recommended from a friend who had a bathroom remodeled.  When we moved into a new home that desperately needed both bathrooms replaced, we called Andrew.  He gave us a quote of $2500 labor per bath.  We were responsible for selecting and purchasing our materials- which gave us great control over the overall cost of the project.  Andrew provided us with a detailed list of items to purchase.   Due to manufacturer's delays  in delivery of some crucial materials, the job wasn't done on consecutive days but Andrew was flexible and willing to work us in as soon as everything was delivered.  There were days when his assistants were on the job in his place, but Andrew stopped in multiple times to  check on them and I found their work to be excellent.  I was comfortable leaving them alone in my home.   Throughout this whole process, Andrew was incredibly responsive. He promptly returned phone calls and texts and came over in person to address any concerns we had.  They came when they said they'd come and called well in advance if there were any changes to their schedule.  All told, it took approximately 3 days per bathroom.  As we wrap things up here now with a few minor details, I have found Andrew and Co. to be more than accommodating with minor fixes and changes I've requested.   All debris and old fixtures have been taken away and my garage left more clean than they found it!   In a nutshell- AO was punctual, professional, flexible, readily available and they did great work. Andrew and his crew are  a pleasure to deal with and you can't beat the price for the quality of service.  I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat and look forward to having them do my kitchen and other projects in future.

I HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL WITH ARROW CONTRACTING. THEY WERE HONEST, RELIABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY HAD VERY GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB.
