"It seems like this particular customer does not inform the Angie’s List consumer All the Details pertaining to this contracting job. The house was built in 1939 and the surrounding materials in this home have been collected since that time. The contractors were unable to move around the house because of everything that has been accumulated in the household. It was an episode of the TV program Hoarders. Regrettably this customer did not inform the contractors of any broken items. Also, it is unfortunate that this particular customer posts his comments on this site as opposed to approaching the contractors directly. In the Q & A this customer states that the quality of the work was what he liked most."
