While I have to give Larry credit for responsiveness, his charges are outrageous. This was an emergency so I grabbed the first business card I had. He was very prompt and adaptable to the situation and certainly got the job done efficiently and I expected to pay a labor premium for the emergency service on a weekend. However, there is a premium and then there is a premium. He basically charged 4 times the cost of my last water heater replacement 6 months ago. He basically doubled the cost for the water heater itself and then charged $900 for rental of drying equipment. This is clearly a case of price gouging and I would highly recommend finding anyone else for your plumbing needs if at all possible.

He was responsive and efficient. I think he was on the high end of cost. I got a lower estimate from a few other people. He did the job, but I thought he was a little on the high side. I may use him in the future, but I may try to find someone less expensive.
