Description of Work: This Company has many Names Rodina industries / Home Improvement Depo / energy conservation center. I had a roof replaced and completed on 8/31/2012. This was a full removal and installation on my residence. At the time they contracts were signed they were a Owens Corning prefered Contractor. Since then they have Lost there status and are no longer on there web sight or are recomened by Owens Corning. First the Material had not been properly ordered and items were missing. Contracts were signed on 4/16/12 and finally the Job was completed on 8/31/12. About 6 months later the roof started to leak. On 1/15/12 till about three weeks later many calls were made to the company and salesman. There had been No response to the calls that were made. We finally reached the salesman after I had blocked my caller ID. After 2 attempt to meet with him Bob ( salesman) he had finally showed up. He looked at the roof and pictures we took and said there was a definite problem and would send over the installer John. After a week John called after reaching out again to the salesman and had made 2 appointment with me and never showed up. Bye the way John told me he was a sub-Contractor in the middle of the project. Since then calls have been made and ignored and have been trying to reach out to them. There is structual damage going on and mold forming and I will be forced to hire another contractor at this point.
