very easy to do business with. We have used them for the last 6 appliances for our home, with never a disappointment. While they have only a very limited stock on their floor, they call upon vendor warehouses and get 2-4 day deliveries. Installation by a third party, completely coordinated, billed through Tripoldi always goes well, with careful installers.
When I told then the price from Home Depot, they beat it by 5% without hassle.
They use catalogs well, know much about their products and help us sort through the many questions and concerns.
