The New Crystal Restoration Enterprises Inc

Remediation for a sewage back-up in basement hallway and part of a room.  Where another similarly priced provider (but not the one working with our insurance company) told us they would remove all furniture and powerwash, New Crystal told us not to worry about furniture, but then just moved everything to the middle of the room, uncovered, pulled up the carpet and vacuumed.  No water used, at all.  The disinfectant put on in the end did not even go under furniture in the room with a leak.    Said would rip out base molding where the problem was, but instead ripped out the baseboard in the entire basement, throwing out perfectly good, untouched trim and creating a hige trim project were there was a small one.  The only trim remaining was a piece of base molding right were the sewage pipe came in, and the threshold right next to the pipe, ie, they didn't remediate the wettest part of the basement.  

It didn't go.

New Crystal Restoration provided the following services for the flood caused by a burst pipe:
- removed damaged sheetrock on the ceilings and walls
- removed carpet and padding throughout the apartment
- removed wet insulation behind the walls
- drilled holes in the base of the wall to enable the interior walls to thoroughly dry out when Crystal Restoration placed commercial dehumidifiers and fans in the apartment.
- After three days the walls and the entire apartment were thoroughly dry and the repairs were started.
- Guided me through the complexities of having the insurance company pay for the damage (insurance paid for Crystal Restoration's services)

They came the day before Thanksgiving. Actually I was surprised because his estimate was kind of quick. He got a general square footage. They came in and it was funny because one of the guys said he was very meticulous and they really worked. There was not one speck of dust left in the whole house after they left. They were extremely thorough.

I cannot speak highly enough for the A+ experience I had dealing with this company. From start to finish the performance of this business could not have been better. Professional, punctual, respectful, calming and considerate are just a few of the words needed to describe CRE.
