Maggie is very patient, low key, flexible, and supportive. I have complete trust in Maggie and can recommend her unequivocally. Her hourly rate is very reasonable. For the past 2+ years, she helped me with personal organization on an as-needed basis (usually biweekly or monthly), including sorting through papers and organizing financial records. Most recently, Maggie helped me declutter my home to prepare it for sale, and to downsize from a 3-bedroom townhouse to a 1-bedroom condo. She also helped me: chose movers, decide which items to donate, and schedule donation pick ups. She even carried boxes out to my garage and called companies to update my address.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experiences with this company! The owner, Maggie, is a miracle worker and has never made me feel uncomfortable about the way I have kept things up. I originally hired them because I was having overnight guests and my house was embarrassingly cluttered. Maggie came to my home on time and quickly came up with both long and short term space and clutter solutions for the impending visit and I could feel really proud of my home and comfortable living here in the future. Her attitude was so positive and upbeat that our work together became fun, and I decided to hire her for longer term projects.

On her first visit, she went through the entire house with me and within hours made it presentable and welcoming by getting rid of a lot of junk I didn't need, and finding ways to organize the stuff I needed but had no place for. She was professional and non-judgemental, which was a big relief as I was pretty embarrassed about the whole situation. She was very hands on and I was surprised at how little I had to do.

I have had Maggie back several times since then to organize the whole house, and since I'm self-employed I had her completely revamp my paperwork for my business. I gave her permission to buy supplies, like file boxes for old papers and bins for the items that I just didn't have a place for. She charged me for the products at cost, and showed me the receipts. I think she must have some kind of deal at The Container Store, because I could not match the prices she got when I shopped by myself. She also arranged for a charity to come pick up bags and bags of clothing and all kinds of things, from candles to cookware, which were all perfectly good, but not needed by me anymore. I didn't have to do a thing, except tell her what date I wanted them to come and leave the bags of stuff in my backyard for pick up on the day they were coming. I should mention that those bags were filled by Maggie and not by me, as she did all the work. Throughout her work with me, Maggie has been teaching me how to maintain the organization and systems she put in place, her tips are easy to follow and they actually work, which was a surprise to me!
