Shining Shield Cleaning Services Inc.

It was horrible and I would never use them again. They were not punctual. They did not return any calls. They did not do a good job. I tried to use them multiple times and it was just one of the worst experiences that I've had with a cleaning company ever. Every three weeks we would try and schedule them to come and clean our apartment and they either wouldn't show up, or you would call and get a voicemail message that said please leave your name and number and we would return your call and they would never return your call. I would absolutely not recommend that anyone use them.

The two women who cleaned our apartment did a great job, BUT, the person who owns the company is very unresponsive and does not return calls.  We purchased a Groupon for cleaning services.  For the first cleaning we tried calling 4 times to schedule an appointment and on the 5th call finally spoke to someone.  Our first appointment went great, but subsequently the owner never answered the phone.  I'd give the cleaning women an A, but overall I rate this company a F.  I would not recommend using their services.
