They were very neat and clean and careful. They charged what they stated in the estimate. They explained what they were going to do and showed me the results. I would use them again. I am planning on using them for mold remediation, as well.

I called their answering service and left a message, stressing that it was an emergency (I had accidentally knocked a can of white paint onto new carpeting). This was at approximately 6:00 p.m. on a weekday evening.
They never returned the call.

They were very reliable. They showed up as per the schedule. They performed the job and charged me exactly what they had given me as an estimate. Those were the two things that were outstanding. I guess the liability in terms of timeliness and also their estimate was exactly the same as the final cost. I would definitely use them in the future.

They did a great job, but it was expensive. The disinfected and they were clean. They came right away and they were efficient. They came shortly after I called them. I would use them again.
