The salesperson was very helpful, she took her time and showed us many different styles of floor tiles. We were also encouraged to take samples home to see how they would look. When the tiles were delivered, the delivery person noticed that one of the boxes appeared to have been damaged in shipping, so he took the box back. Because the tiles are in high demand, the manager knew that to order another box would take another month, so he went out of his way to locate the number of tiles we still needed after the floor was installed. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, tile, and experience with Rye Ridge Tile, and would definitely use this company again in the future.

Rye Ridge Tile services have a great selection of tiles. They provide excellent referrals. They gave me materials for free and they were very nice. They order things and it came very quickly. They have great service.The people who work there are responsible, cooperative and eager to help.They have limited hours; they close really early.

I went to their store, and they helped me pick out the floor tile. They are very helpful and have a good selection of tile. The price seems comparable to others, but I don't know all the prices at other places.

IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING THAT YOU ASKED. THE PRICE, QUALITY OF WORK, RESPONSIVENESS, PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM WERE ALL EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY HIGH QUALITY PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE.
