+ -1 moreI LIKE THE SERVICE AT RADIO SHACK BECAUSE THEY SENT THE IPOD TO A PROFESSIONAL IPOD STORE TO GET IT FIXED. THE MANAGER TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY IN 2-3 WEEKS, OF COURSE MY DAUGHTER WAS UNHAPPY. HOWEVER, AS SOON AS IT WAS DONE THE COMPANY CALLED ME TO PICK IT UP.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT AN IPOD AT RADIO SHACK OVER CHRISTMAS BREAK FOR MY DAUGHTER. TWO MONTHS LATER IT WASN'T WORKING. I DROPPED OFF THE IPOD AT RADIO SHACK TO GET IT REPAIRED. THREE WEEKS LATER I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND THEY HAD GIVEN ME A NEW ONE.
