He never worked a full day.  Some days he never showed up.  Told me he would have a helper and never did.  He did a sloppy job because he rushed on the days he was here.  Did some minor damage to my place. Very POOR communication. Would never call me, would usually text.  He took forever to do the job. Not happy at all.  He is a nice guy, however I did not pay him to be nice.  I needed a job done within a certain time frame, and that did not happen.

I admit that I did not get other estimates. He came and gave a price, and I didn't know if that was right or wrong. He told me it would cost $2200. After the initial estimate, it was very hard to get ahold of him. I wouldn't get an answer back when I would return his calls for several weeks. I finally told him that he needed to come if he wanted to do the job. Finally, he came out with a helper and did the work. The work was not done well, and I was not pleased with the service. The steps are crooked, and the base were the railings are bolted are not placed evenly on both sides. He told me he was going to put a plate under the stairs to prevent termite problems, and he never did that.

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Al was prompt, neat and skilled. All the work was done professionally. He was very neat and is a pleasure to work with. Also, saw a few light fixtures (that I had installed) not flush with the ceiling and fixed them at no charge. Already hired him for a second job to re-grout my master shower.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE THING. HE SEAMS REALLY SMART. HE UNDERSTANDS AND CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO STUFF. HE IS CREATIVE, INTELLIGENT, CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND MAKE THINGS WORK.
