As long as everything goes well this contractor is good. Whenever you have a problem with his work, he ignores your contacts. The only way you will get him to contact you is to put a dispute, for his work, with your credit card. The second they pull the disputed amount out of his account and into yours, he goes nuts, calling and texting and threatening. He was going to put a lien on my property because of this. Had he done that, legally he would be in a poor position . You can’t put Leon’s on people’s property for whatever reason you want. Stay away. There’s plenty of other contractors in the area.

I have had issues with my McQuay HVAC units for the last 6 years. After too many repairs to count, I decided to replace 2 of the 3 units. After contacting many contractors from both Angie's list and elsewhere I decided to go with Pand M. Phil immediately impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and concern. Originally my building had Retroaire units and I wanted to go with Retroaire. Well, it turns out Retroaire was not able to deliver the units on time, I grew disappointed with Retroaire, Phil was able to cancel the order and get me a full refund. Regarding the Climate master units, so far I am quite satisfied. I have had many contractors over the years, and Pand M are by far the most professional. The care they took from start to finish was incredible, the best I have experienced. His follow up has also been great. Regarding HVAC units, in my opinion Pand M is far and away the best available.

I'm really happy with their work. They are very talented, fair priced, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and professional.

Made a emergent call to P and M Mechanical around 9:30 pm in the cold night of 1/23/14 as our home heating system was not working. Phil picked up the call and asked several question about the furnace and told us they would come to our home in an hour. Phil and Mike showed up as promised. They are very knowledgeable about Currier furnace, they quickly found out the failure of high limit switch sensor caused the problem. They were able to bypass the sensor and got the furnace going and suggested to change the failed part once they receive the replacement part.
We were so relieved that the heating resumed working at the home. I can't imagine how to pass the night without the working furnace. Greatly appreciate Phil and Mike's service and will definitely recommend them for their knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and on top of all their true 24X7 emergent call service.

My home has very small windows only 19? across and a normal
room window air conditioner would only allow a 5000 btu unit to fit and it took
2 of those units to cool my bed room alone, we have 6 and the home also came
with a very large built in the wall unit so all my AC needs where very
inefficient to cool my home in the hot summer months, I gave Phil of P&M
Mechanical a call and he and his partner Mike came out to my home and gave me
an estimate, P&M assessed my cooling needs and installed 4  inside units and one out side Fujitsu
Slim Line ductless units in my home, the install was flawless, every thing
looks great, come to find out these units are Heat Pumps also, so in the winter
when I only need to heat one room not the whole floor these units are perfect,
his price was great, the service is stellar and I can?t wait for the 1st
heat wave, Thanks Phil and Mike.
6/30/15 Had an existing issue with one AC unit still dripping in my house and cover broke, they came out and spent some time on it but ignored my Text, Email, Phone call about it still leaking, and never contacted me again about the replacement unit they where going to get, I had to hire and pay some one else to fix their mistake, I am not very happy and I wont use again
