Pedro and his team painted my home four year ago, and therefore we offered to hire him again for a small addition to our garage. After taking a deposit check, we agreed that another company would complete my foundation and he would complete the job. He has since ghosted me, and I am forced to cancel the check and find another carpenter. Super disappointed.

I highly recommend Life Services Group. Pedro's bid was lower and more prompt than the competition. His team of painters was conscientious and extremely hard working. The results were beautiful. Pedro is very knowledgeable about colors and suggested a color for my kitchen cabinets that I had not considered, but was just what I was looking for. He is also a talented carpenter. When extreme heat and heavy rain caused my freshly painted front door to begin to peel, Pedro's crew returned the same day to repaint it.

I have used them twice. The first time I asked for deep spring cleaning and they sent over 3 maids that cleaned top to bottom. I have a 3 bedroom duplex condo in Westchester and one was in the kitchen cleaning out all The cabinets, on top of the fridge and all appliances. Another one was in the living room and the third in the bedrooms and they came together at other times to help with bathrooms etc. I was extremely pleased

It went wonderful. It was during the week of hurricane Sandy. They were scheduled to show up that Monday morning. They showed up at eight thirty and then around the afternoon, we had gone up to check on things and assumed that they were at lunch because they were not there. My husband called and they said they had left because they heard the bridges were being closed due to the weather. That was fine with us but we would have preferred that they should have let us know instead of us reaching out to them but at the end of the day, it did not really matter. They did not show up on Tuesday due to the storm which was fine with us. That was totally understandable. They were there again on Wednesday and Thursday and I think they stopped on Friday afternoon. It went very quickly. We were extremely satisfied with the service. I think if there is any sort of constructive criticism, we would have appreciated even more contact just letting us know ahead of time before we had to ask what their plans were. They were earlier than we expected. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They were expedient professional, and when I told them that I didn't like the color in the kitchen, they went out and got another color. They were very accommodating.

We found Lifegroup Services through a contact in New York on Craigslist. We had just fired a painting company who had no idea how to paint, used cheap paints and cut corners. Lifegroup Serives came in with a very fair price, mostly we liked their vibe. A week after our agreement was signed, they started the job. From dy one five painters (including Pedro) arrived at 8am every morning Mon-Fri (and Saturday if needed) and left between 4-4.30pm. They were hard-working, trustworth and unbelievably competent, on top of which the job took exactly the five weeks that Pedro said it would . They were clean, tidy, careful with the landscaping. You didn't have to tell them a thing. I asked for Benjamin Moore non-toxic paint - he already used that brand. It was great. Every night before leaving, Pedro would check everybody's work and if he wasn't satisfied with the slightest detail, it would get redone. The same thing applied if we didn't like any detail - no fuss - simply redone. We couldn't praise this company enough. They also provided me with a list of references before starting the job. We would recommend them anytime.
