It was great craftsmanship but really poor customer service.  I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them; they left a bunch of nails lying around my driveway.  The quality of the roof is excellent but the overall experience was not so nice; I had to call them back twice to clean up.  Their price was on the higher side compared to the quotes I got; that is what I am very disappointed with.

They were good. They did a great job and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up every day and they had their own dumpsters. They would take them away and bring it back the next day. They were right on schedule and I have no complaints. They did extra things for me and didn't make a big deal about it. They were not the cheapest but they were right there and knew what they were doing. I recommended them to my neighbors and they are using them now.

They were a little expensive. So, I didn?t use them. It was a huge work. They came out on time. However, my husband used them for business. It happened a few years ago, but he was very impressed with their work. I will consider using them again in the future for a quote.

I interviewed and got 10 estimates for the same work, same materials, some were exactly double what this company charged us. People from the neighborhood and even other contractors have asked who did such a great job on the new roof. On this style roof, there are many levels and angles and it all came out perfectly at half of what others wanted for the same job. We were lucky to find them.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT OTHER THAN GETTING THEM TO CALL YOU BACK THE FOR THE FIRST TIME. ROOFING COMPANIES ARE FUNNY. WHEN THEY'RE BUSY, THEY'RE REALLY BUSY. BUT ONCE WE ACTUALLY SPOKE, HE WAS COMPLETELY ON TOP OF THE ACCOUNT. I LIKED WORKING WITH THEM.
