Awful! Ordered a window, gave a deposit, they never showed up. TWICE! When I called they gave the runaround- “we can’t find your order..” and blaming everyone. After 3 weeks of this crap I cancelled my order. Now I am getting pushed off trying to get my deposit back! Never use them.

They got what I need at a reasonable price.

They were very professional, they seem to have the same quality siding, solid color, same thickness insulation, they respond and came over 2 times. I did hire them but the job is not done yet. It should be done by Halloween, I'm excited and I will let you know.

They are very good.  They will help you get the right adapter and hook it up to save you the hassle with finding another to get it hooked up. 

It went fairly well. The roof looks a lot better. They were a little bit messy in the yard. They left dirt spots on the siding that I had to clean up. They did a decent job. I felt the price was right on. I had 4 other estimates that were all around and they were kind of in the middle. The price was fine. 

I had them come out and measure. It is important to have them do it because they notice things that you may not notice. You pay them $100 to measure, and if you use them to install it, the $100 goes towards the installation. I am not using them to install it though. I had talked to some friends who had just done their house. They had extensively done a research in the area and they told me that I would never get better prices than at Home Depot. I went to a boutique kind of place and the guy said that if all I was doing was the cabinets, then he would not be able to beat their prices. They were having a sale on cabinets and I got a double discount. I ended up getting my entire kitchen cabinetry for under $6000. I got cherry cabinets with a cinnamon finish. I got everything I wanted including the overlay doors instead of just plano doors. They got everything done in 5 weeks although it was supposed to be 6 weeks. I found that the kitchen people were sort of rude at the store in New Rochelle, and so I actually drove up to the store in Port Chester. The people in the kitchen department there were much nicer. However, I spent long hours waiting to speak with the kitchen specialists because there were not enough of them. I wandered around looking at stuff and not being really sure what to do. Nobody really helped me negotiate the choices. I have a clear aesthetic but I still need to know whether the features of a product are worth it or if it is going to last. I need someone to help me with the subtleties of the products. I would use them again in the future, if necessary. I would check them out and wouldn’t dismiss them out of hand. However, it is really hard to find someone who knows things and who is going to help you. For the little things that would make a big difference in terms of style, I would go to the boutique places and get them done through them.

This job went very smoothly and we were very satisfied with the results. Home Depot has been very good to us for the most part. The servicemen were very professional and courteous. They took care not to damage our property. The prices there are good.

THEY HAD A GOOD PRODUCT AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY GAVE ME. THEY GAVE ME A DELIVERY DATE AND THEY CAME OUT. I WAS SATISFIED.

IT WAS FINE. IT WAS NOTHING OUTSTANDING, BUT NOTHING BAD. THEIR PRICING IS GOOD. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS OKAY. THEIR PROMPTNESS AND THE EASE OF GETTING THE WORK DONE WAS JUST WAS SLOW. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WERE ACTUALLY COMING OUT TO DO THE WORK.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND THEY DID IT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. THEY RESPONDED TO ANY QUESTIONS AND SEEMED TO BE TRYING TO BE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THE GUY THAT CAME SAID I THINK YOU SHOULD DO THIS AND DO THAT.

I WENT THERE. I PICKED IT OUT AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION. IT WAS EXCELLENT WORK. THEY PLACED THE PATTERNS VERY WELL. EVERYTHING WAS EVEN AROUND THE EDGES. THEY WERE OKAY. THE GUYS WERE KIND OF FORWARD AND HERE FOREVER. THEY WERE HERE VERY LATE. THEY DID A NICE JOB ESPECIALLY FOR ONE DAY.

I AM UPSET WITH HOME DEPOT BECAUSE THEY MADE HORRIBLE MISTAKES. MY CABINETS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE BROWN AND THEY DELIVERED WHITE. I ASK FOR A CERTAIN KIND OF CABINET AND RECEIVED THE WRONG KIND. THE SERVICE MEN EVEN LEFT A BIG MESS BEHIND.

IT WAS QUALITY WORK. THEY CAME IN AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLING WAS KIND OF STRANGE. THE GUY CAME OUT WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND, AND THE GIRLFRIEND SAT IN THE TRUCK THE WHOLE TIME. BUT REALLY THE WORK WAS FINE SO I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING.

THEY DID VERY WELL WITH AND I AM VERY HAPPY. SOMETIMES I JUST WALK OUT AND LOOK AT THE DOORS. EVEN IF I LEAVE THE HOUSE I'D BE HAPPY TO LEAVE THE DOORS. IT GIVES ME GREAT JOY TO HAVE THE HOUSE HAVE NEW DOORS. I WANTED TO DO QUALITY WITH IT. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOORS AND TOOK THEM AWAY. IT WAS VERY NICE FOR HIM TO PUT THEM IN THE TRUCK AND TAKE IT AWAY. I THINK HE DID ME A FAVOR BY GETTING RID OF THE JUNK.

WE WENT INTO HOME DEPOT NOT KNOWING WHAT KIND OF FLOORING WE NEEDED FOR OUR KITCHEN FLOOR. THE SALESMAN WAS JUST TERRIFIC IN GUIDING US WITH ALL OF THE RIGHT INFORMATION. OUR FLOOR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

WE WERE WAY OVER DUE TO UPDATE OUT BATHROOM. WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT NOT KNOWING REALLY WHERE TO BEGIN. WHEN WE LEFT WE HAD EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHOUT EVEN GOING BACK ONCE.

IT WAS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. FIRST THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DEPARTMENT TO HELP US. THEN WE WENT TO THE FRONT AND THEY PAGED SOMEONE, BUT TWENTY MINUTES LATER NO ONE HAD COME. WE ASKED MANY EMPLOYEES WHO SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP US BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT FROM THE SHELVING DEPARTMENT. FINALLY WE GOT A MANAGER TO HELP US WHO ASKED AN EMPLOYEE WHO WE HAD PREVIOUSLY ASKED TO HELP US. BEFORE, WHEN WE ASKED HIM, HE HAD SAID THAT HE DID NOT KNOW, BUT WHEN THE MANAGER ASKED HIM, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE KNEW. HOWEVER, EVEN WITH HIS HELP AND THE MANAGERS HELP WE COULD NOT FIND THE RIGHT SHELVING. FINALLY, A THIRD EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP AND HE MUST HAVE BEEN FROM THAT DEPARTMENT AND HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, BUT THAT WAS AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF. HOME DEPOT DID NOT EVEN HAVE ANY OF THE BRACKETS IN STOCK, SO WE NEEDED TO GO BACK ANOTHER TIME. THE STUFF WE BOUGHT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER PLACES WE BOUGHT, SO IN ORDER TO GO TO THAT STORE YOU SHOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED.

IT WAS GREAT USING THEM TO PROVIDE MYSELF WITH A NEW CARPET. THE INSTALLERS FOLLOWED ME TO MY HOUSE THAT DAY, LAID DOWN THE FOAM ON BOTTOM, THEN INSTALLED THE CARPET IN NO TIME.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS OR TROUBLE WITH THEM. THEY HELPED US PICK THE COLORS AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO GET EVERYTHING READY.
