GROUND EFFECTS LANDSCAPING CO

Well if we had gotten passed the initial talking stage I might be able to let you know. Our first meeting with jim he was late, ok, it was raining a bit. Then his mason guy was going to call us, I played phone tag with Jim for over three weeks. I would call the mason guy and leave a message, I would wait a week and then call Jim. I was told each time by Jim that he was calling his guy and i would get a call immediately. This went on for over 3 weeks. Finally the mason called me and said oh he had been on vacation, really on vacation for 3 weeks and Jim the owner of the business didn't know, somehow it didn't sit well with me but I made an appointment for the following Saturday. Guess what after waiting a half an hour I called the mason and left a message. After waiting 45 minutes i called Jim and also left a message and sent a text. I never heard from either one of them again. Maybe our job wasn't big enough for them, or who knows what, but our time is also valuable and common courtesy would at least dictate a phone call bowing out. I strongly urge anyone considering using Ground Effects to run, they are completely unreliable and unprofessional..

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. THEY SEEM TO BE DESTRUCTIVE. THEY MISTREAT PLANTS AND JUST DON'T DO THEIR JOB WELL. I HAVE NEVER SEEN PEOPLE THAT HATE THEIR JOB SO MUCH.
