They are good. When I lease a car, I do not lease the 12,000 miles. I get up close to sometimes 25 to 30,000 miles so that is why the price goes up. Their responsiveness is good. They give you a loaner car the whole nine yards.

very fast and responsive; very courteous. Bill went quite high and was even higher on final invoice than estimate. They did willingly agree to knock over $100 off, but it was still over the estimate and very high for a new muffler.

"The 2003 VW Eurovan has no other quality replacement exhaust parts other than those made by VW. The resonator and muffler invoiced are really two mufflers. Our organization dropped the ball when we realized too late that what we were invoiced from VW was higher than they quoted us, and that they had left a third part out of the quote. Unfortunately for us the parts supply Dealer has a "tough luck" attitude, but our "customer first" policy hopefully resolved this price disparity. Thanks for being an Angie's List Client."

Since I found Greenwich Automotive, I go nowhere else. Chris and his staff are competent, honest and friendly. When the Audi Dealership in Greenwich advised that my TT needed certain work done some months ago, I took the car to Greenwich Automotive for a second opinion, and was told that the and quot;repairand quot; was unnecessary, thus saving me $6-700.
Greenwich Automotive recently did a major service, reattached the splash guard beneath the engine, and repaired the glove box door. The work was done quickly, and affordably (as affordable as any car work is, and certainly more so than at the dealer).
Bottom line: I trust Chris and his staff. I trust that they will do the work that needs done and do it well, and that they won't pad the bill with and quot;repairsand quot; that are not needed. Plus, they are simply nice people.
A couple years ago, I recommended Greenwich Automotive to a friend who was unhappy with his auto repair guy. My friend could not have been happier after switching to Greenwich Automotive.
