FRANK'S AUTO BODY

We have used Frank since we moved to the area - he has done some big jobs and some not so big (last iteration was a $200 small fix).   He is a great guy - we would not even consider going elsewhere and have referred numerous friends to him - all of whom have been very pleased with the service and work.   You get the same level of service whether you pull in with a $100 door ding or are towed in with a $3k major refit.  
He is very easy to work with and very accommodating - a true professional - I always leave his shop feeling better about life in general than when I got there.

It looked like a brand new car. He is so sweet, he treats you like family. His staff picked me up from the train and dropped me off. They stayed open late for me to be able to pick up my vehicle. They are busy but they always accommodate me.

Frank fixed everything. Truck looked brand news when I picked it up. He handled everything with the insurance (other drivers insurance company - his fault), including arranging for Enterprise to set up my rental car, pick up and drop off from his shop. He seems to have a lot of repeat customers. The biggest compliment is that he is an honest businessman, and he cares about his clients.

Frank was terrific. His quote was nearly half of a guy 2 miles away and took the time to get older scratches out that I had for years. He even had guys clean the inside. My car was showroom new when I picked it up. He was a great guy to work with and would definitely use him again . He cares about his customers. Drove me to and from train and was in touch throughout the process to manage my timing expectation.

We actually did not spend anything because someone else did the damage. Ironically, the person who did the damage was a valet service. We took it to Frank's because that was one of the three places they gave us as an option and ironically Frank's ended up accidentally scratching our car while we had it there. We pointed it out to them when we picked the car up. There was a brand new scratch and he told us to bring it back the next day and they will get it right and fix it. They handled it. They were very professional. In fact, they even went out of their way, they drove my husband to the train station and gave him transportation.
