I ahd used Fabian for my previous fencing jobs and as before he did a very good job. Very reasonable price and willing to change things when we needed to make adjustments. Would definitely recommend

Although existing fence was standing and wasn't a safety issue yet, one more wind storm or snow storm and the fence would be in pieces on the ground. I contacted Fence by Fabian in early April.
The owner came over, measured my yard and gave me a brochure on vinyl fences. He explained these were more durable, had a 20 year warranty and were available in different styles and colors. I advised the owner of my choice and he sent me an estimate for the work to be performed.
I had to get permission from the HOA which added to the start time on my end. Once I received the HOA approval, I notified Fence by Fabian. The material was ordered and delivered. Installation was scheduled for a mutually convenient date.
Saturday morning, the old fence came down. By the afternoon, the new fence was up. The workers were neat and took away the old fencing. Not one bit of mess in the yard when they were complete.
I have a dog and having the fence all the way to the ground was more important than height to me. They were meticulous in making sure the fence went as close to the ground as possible and even filled in some uneven parts with dirt. Because my yard is unlevel, they took the time to cut each piece from the bottom so that the top is uniformly even. This makes is much more attractive than a fence has an uneven height across the top.
It seems so sturdy and is much better looking than the wood post and rail fence that seemed to shed wood by the day. I love it =)

Very happy with the work performed at a good price, fully $400 less than another estimate I received. They were a little late, but in their defense, the weather was a factor.

I AM VERY SATISFIED. MY FENCE LOOKS NICE. IT'S STRONG AND DURABLE. IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. A COUPLE OF TIMES WE HAD SOME COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS. COMMUNICATION WAS NOT AS GOOD AS I WOULD EXPECT.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE FENCE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND ALL THE NEIGHBORS LOVE IT. MY DOGS ARE KEPT IN SAFELY AND IT WAS JUST WHAT I EXPECTED. THE WORKERS WERE GREAT AND DID A GOOD JOB.
