I have used Carlo many times over the years and can't say enough about the quality of his work. I've had windows, doors, siding and deck work done. His professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Besides his reasonable prices he does things the right way and doesn't take any shortcuts. I highly recommend you consider using him for any of your home improvement needs.

Carlo did a thorough and professional job. He kept me updated frequently. His estimates were spot on and the work was completed in a timely manner. Roof was very old and had mutiple layers and required a lot of plywood replacement. His crew was very competent and cleaned up the job site after each day. I would highly recommend Carlo, He is honest and does a great job which is rare these days.

I was very happy with their service. They were very prompt, neat and clean. They cleaned up my property afterwards and did a good job on my roof. I had problems with my gutters after they finished; they did not replace my gutters they just put them up. In a rainstorm one gutter got blocked, overflowed and flooded my basement. The company was very nice. They came back, checked my gutters and downspouts and offered to pay half the cost because they felt badly about what happened. They returned my calls promptly and I would use them again. I had a Timberline roof installed and they used Timberline materials. I got a guarantee on my roof and a $300 rebate from the GAF people because of the products they used.

Carlo LaBianca, the owner of Double R Windows, came to our home and measured all the window openings and discussed window replacement options. Carlo was prompt , professional, and courteous. Unlike other companies that send out high pressure salesmen, Carlo is easy going and at no time during our dealings with him did he apply any sales pressure (that's one of the benefits you get when you deal directly with an owner and not a commissioned sales person). He provided us with competitive estimates for 2 different models of Harvey Windows (the Classic and the Tribute). We liked both models and took some time to think over the choices. To help with our choices Carlo was kind enough to come back a week later and left us with a sample of a Harvey Tribute Window, we really appreciated the extra effort. After mulling over the choices a bit more we decided to go with the triple-pane Harvey Tribute, it's a great looking window with excellent energy efficiency. The windows arrived in Carlo's workshop about 4 weeks later and we set a convenient date for installation. Carlo sent out a 2 man crew led by Dave. The crew arrived right on time and took 1.5 days to complete the installation, they installed the new windows on the 1st day and took another half day to place the white aluminum capping on the outside trim. I think the pace of the work was just right to do a quality installation. The crew was not the friendly type, but they were professional and did a great installation. The crew left both the inside and outside of installation areas spotless. The windows significantly improved the look of the entire house (we also noticed that the house was noticeably quieter and more comfortable). We have had the windows for 3 years now and we are very happy with the product and the service we received from Carlo, he's a great businessman and a nice person. We were so pleased with the initial job that we had Double R return for a smaller job in 2011 to install 2 more windows, with the same great results. We would use Double R again. Thank you Carlo!

Great responsiveness. Showed up for estimate on time. Good follow-up communication. Set install at convenient date. Crew was professional and speedy. Neat and good clean up.

All workers were prompt, courteous and on time. Job took exactly how long they said it would take. Price was reasonable. Found out later though after we did siding that some of the materials for patch work were cheap quality for example instead of using plywood for patching they used cheap masonite. Other than that everything was fine.

They did very nice flashing around the chimney. They also included in the price, seamless gutters. They were very careful not to damage any of the plantings around the house and were very neat. I think they are excellent. They have done a number of houses on our street. I had been watching them and called them up to do our roof. The roof is a 30 year guarantee. They are also extremely honest. One of the workers accidentally broke the rain delay for my sprinkler system mounted on the corner of my house. Double R paid for it immediately without question. I was very impressed.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY DID THE WORK WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND IT WAS SATISFACTORY. IN OTHER WORDS THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THEY JUST CAME, MEASURED AND CAME BACK AND PUT EVERYTHING IN. IT WAS FINE.

I WOULD SAY THAT I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, AND THEY DID IT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GOOD. THEY ARE LOCAL AND LIVE ON OUR SIDE. WE KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO GOOD WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT UP THE STREET. WEVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM FOR THE PAST TWENTY YEARS.

THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME, THEY WERE PREPARED FOR EVERYTHING. THEY MADE SURE THAT IT WAS PERFECT BEFORE THEY COULD LEAVE. ALSO THEY CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

VERY GOOD WORK. THEY PUT A GREEN AWNING ON MY BACK DOOR. THEY WORKED VERY PROMPTLY AND THE COST WAS GREAT! THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS A VERY NICE MAN, AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
